The supreme court decision giving inmates of Guantanamo prison the right to challenge their detention in American court room is the correct one. One might argue that this decision will undermine America’s ability to fight the war on terror but the fact is that by being in Guantanamo they inmates were already on American territory so they do have the right to American court room.

They are foreigners,terrorist and thugs. why this right? Well again Guantanamo is American territory because America is paying the lease in order to use it. The bush administration tried to used the circumstances and the fact they are foreigners to justify their detection and refused to allow access to American court room. But i will state this fact for you,this is not the first time foreigners have been given the opportunity to defend themselves in American court rooms. Second fact,almost all of these people granted the right to American court rooms which by the way have been going on for years were foreign terrorist thugs who killed people for a living, so by saying these inmates at “Gitmo” cannot use it is a double standard.

The Supreme court decision,the correct one again because the bush administration cannot pick and choose which laws they want to follow. Many of us will not agree on this but many people didn’t agree with Brown vs. board of education, roe vs. wade and many other decisions that have shaped this country. We need to look at the issues objectively and without the cockeye.

In times of crisis the constitution still have to be followed. If you give up your freedoms in the name of security, you will get neither.

Yesterday i created a blogger account after being frustrated that i cannot use adsense on wordpress. I applied for my adsense account on blogger and was approved the same day.

I am much happier that i can put effort into my work and see some fruits of my labor. Though the site is not about politics which i like,it is about the celebrity culture here in America and around the world which i’m pull into unwillingly.

 Will Obama be assasinated? that is the question. Keith Obermann of MS NBC articulated the point excellently that the Senator from NY Hillary Clinton cannot be forgiven for even refering to the fact that Mr.Obama may be killed before he officially have the party’s nomination.

It sounded like that’s why shes’ still in the race and also she may have been calling for the death of Obama by some means. She didn’t explicitly say she wanted Obama dead but no one can be sure what she is really thinking. What is amazing is she didn’t apologise,though she offered an explanation i still think that wasn’t enough.

With all the gender and race prejudices swirling around she should have more sense than that to recognise she too can be killed because lets be frank about this. How many people want a woman worst yet Hillary to be in charge of this country? probably only old man hating feminists  who are married only to their vibrators.

According to a CNN report,  The state of Texas should not have removed children from a polygamist sect’s ranch because it didn’t prove that they were in “imminent danger,” an appeals court ruled Thursday.

In the ruling, a three-judge panel did not order that the children be returned to their families on the Yearning for Zion Ranch in Eldorado, Texas.

Instead, the judges gave the lower court 10 days to vacate an order placing the children in state custody.

Damn well what the %^$# just happened? Maybe they judges are deaf because why couldn’t they hear the part about pregnant teens? Idiots, damn idiots I tell you…damn…that all for now because I really need a drink to relieve me of this stressful situation.
